Size Gauge*
The Size Gauge is a device for taking the weight and cubic dimensions of an article at the touch of a button, all information is downloaded to the Hard Drive of the PC automatically eliminating operator error. A database of all your product weights and dimensions is of great value for both planning storage locations within the warehouse as well as working out box size requirements and transport costs for dispatching goods.
We have a number of Size Gauge options depending on the maximum size and weight of product you need to measure. The standard sized unit is capable of measuring an item up to a maximum size of 600 x 400 x 350mm with a maximum weight of 10kg.

Carton Scanner*
The Carton Scanner is a simple version of the Size Gauge used for taking the weight and dimensions of regular shaped items such as books and cartons. It has an internal PC with a floppy disk drive and like the Size Gauge can be connected to a host computer if required for direct transfer of information.
The standard Carton Scanner can measure products up to 420 x 378 x 200mm with a maximum weight of 15kg. Larger capacity options are also available.

Profile Scanner
The profile Scanner is a device for capturing the dimensions of a product on the move. This information can be used for checking the Size of a product against it's barcode information or for diverting different sized products on a conveyor. A set of in line scales can also be incorporated to provide check weighing on the move.
